Too Pretty to Eat!

This flower jelly is hot on Instagram. It is a dessert made by a new cafe in Sydney, Australia. The flower inside the jelly is not a real flower but it is not made with a mould. Each flower is made by putting the petals together one by one. Although various colours are offered, they all taste the same with a light, coconut-like flavor. Lucky for those who are in Sydney! I’ve never wanted to go there so badly!
